How to Receive SIM Cards

Step1. Visiting the receiving counter to receive a SIM card

Step2. Receiving a SIM card

The following steps are required to receive a SIM card (free of charge).

  1. Present your passport, any flight ticket to US, and ANA Premium membership card (smartphone / digital card) altogether.

  2. Receive a SIM card package from the counter staff after verification.

Step3. Register the SIM card

After receiving the SIM card, Please register the SIM card.

  1. Sign Up
  2. Tap "Activation SIM" button
  3. Enter SIM card number, Starting Date,Number of days.
  4. Enter Credit Card number.
  5. Finish

*If you registered your SIM card in Japan, you won't be able to connect the network in Japan.
